Plan your trip / Stuttgart, Arkansas

A little planning. A lot to look forward to.

Getting your group to Stuttgart should be straightforward. Here’s how we get from a first conversation to a day in the field.

01

Start with your dates.

Call or text Myles with your preferred dates, party size, and hunt of interest. Include any beginners or younger hunters so we can discuss your group’s needs. Corporate outings and bachelor parties are welcome. Planning at the last minute? Call or text to check openings before you travel.

02

Work out the details.

Myles confirms availability, the group total, deposit, and booking terms. Ask about weather, cancellations, and any arrangements your group needs before paying.

03

Meet us in the field.

Your guide sends a meeting pin and confirms the exact time. Hunts typically last 2–5 hours. Arrive prepared, and we’ll take it from there.

  • Required hunting licenses and documents

Home base / Stuttgart, Arkansas

Make a trip of it.

We hunt more than 25,000 acres within roughly 40 miles of Stuttgart. Exact field locations vary, so use the meeting pin from your guide instead of navigating to a fixed hunting address.

Planning an overnight stay? Ask Myles about nearby lodging options before booking accommodation. Lodging is arranged separately from the guided hunt.

Read all FAQs
Where do you hunt?

Young Gun Outfitters is based in Stuttgart, Arkansas. We hunt more than 25,000 acres of ground within roughly 40 miles of town, and our crews scout continuously throughout the day. Your guide sends the exact meeting location and time directly to your group.

What kind of goose hunts do you offer?

We guide specklebelly goose hunts. Specks are our specialty. Tell Myles which hunt you have in mind, and he will discuss the options for your dates.

How much does a guided hunt cost?

The rate is $300 per hunter for one morning or one afternoon hunt. Smaller parties are welcome and may share a hunt with another group. Private party hunts are available for groups of 8 or more hunters. Shared hunts have no eight-person minimum charge. The rate is the same for every group size. Myles or Gray confirms your total and payment terms before booking.

Can beginners and younger hunters come?

Yes. Beginners, youth and experienced hunters are welcome. Young Gun has no fixed minimum age, but hunters must be able to handle a firearm safely. Kids 10 and under hunt free, and Myles or Gray confirms the details when you book. Discuss ages, experience and supervision with your guide before booking, and review the applicable AGFC requirements.

What should I bring?

Bring your boots, camouflage, firearm, and ammunition, along with the licenses and documents required for your hunt. Dogs are provided. Review current Arkansas Game and Fish Commission requirements and confirm the details with your guide.

How do I reserve my dates?

Send your preferred dates and group size through our inquiry form, or call or text Myles. Myles and Gray handle inquiries and aim to respond within a few days. Calls and texts are welcome 24 hours a day; for last-minute plans, call or text to check openings. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a hunt.
