Availability inquiries
Your answers remain in the inquiry builder until you choose how to send them. When you select “Send inquiry,” your name, email, phone, hunt preferences, group size, desired dates, and notes are sent to Jotform, which stores the inquiry in Young Gun Outfitters’ account and sends the business an email notification. Jotform also processes technical information needed to operate and protect the form. See Jotform’s privacy policy. If you choose a text or email draft instead, your selected app handles the draft and you decide whether to send it.
When you contact Young Gun Outfitters, the business receives the information you send, such as your name, contact details, preferred dates, party size, and questions, to respond and discuss your hunt. Avoid sending payment card details or sensitive documents through the inquiry builder.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
Some of our Facebook and Instagram ads open a form inside the app instead of this website. When you submit one, Meta sends Young Gun Outfitters the answers you gave: your name, phone number, email address, group size and preferred dates. Meta fills in some of those answers from your profile, and you can change them before you submit. Meta also stores the submission under Meta’s privacy policy.
We use those details to call, text or email you about the hunt you asked about, and for nothing else. Submissions are copied to a Google Sheets spreadsheet in an account the business controls, where the guides and the people who manage our advertising can see them. Google stores that spreadsheet under Google’s privacy policy. We do not sell your details or share them with other businesses for their own marketing. Submitting a form does not reserve a hunt.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete the details you sent through the website, an ad form, a call, a text or an email, and we will. Use the contact details at the bottom of this page. If we text you about your inquiry and you want the messages to stop, tell us and we will stop.
Website operation
The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website.
Website and advertising measurement
Unless you turn it off, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, page views, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions such as contact clicks, inquiry preparation, submit attempts and received inquiries, photos, FAQs and video plays. When we run advertising, the same Google tag and the Meta Pixel measure how our Google, Facebook and Instagram ads perform. Google and Meta receive browser and device information, including IP address, cookie identifiers and ad click identifiers. Advertising personalization, Google Signals, enhanced conversions and Meta advanced matching are disabled in our website tags.
We do not send your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, questions, or the contents of your text and email drafts to Google or Meta. Preparing a draft, clicking submit, or opening an app does not prove you sent an inquiry or booked a hunt.
Measurement is on by default, and a notice with the choice is shown on your first visit. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to turn it off or back on at any time; you can use every part of the website either way. We remember that choice in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by keeping measurement off. Turning it off stops our tracking and removes the Google cookies this site can access. It does not delete data already received by Google or Meta. See how Google uses information from partner sites and Meta’s privacy policy.
